"Shall I show you a..." New Horizon 2, pg 110

I pair activity where students can practice shopping language, such as "shall I show you a smaller one." etc.

The first page is given to all the students. The 2nd and 3rd pages are printed back to back. The 4th and 5th pages are printed back to back. The 6th and 7th pages are printed back to back. The 8th and 9th pages are printed back to back. The 10th and 11th pages are printed back to back. The 12th and 13th pages are printed back to back. The result is that there are 6 pages of back to back prints. Put the student's desks facing together in rows. There are usually 6 pairs in a row (and 3 rows) in most Japanese classroms. Give each student one of the 6 back to back prints. They fold the print in the center, showing No. 1 first. They then perform the dialogue, using the information on sheets 1, 2, 3, and 4 consecutively as prompts. When finished, they change (from the shop assistant to the customer). Then, one partner (one side of the row) stands up and moves one seat up, and the process starts again. There are 6 different sheets, so it can be done 6 times, but maybe 3 or 4 times is enough.
